Sharon Johnson

Sharon E. (Cox) Johnson on July 23, 2022 at the age of 82 passed away into the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, at Regent Assisted Living in Burnsville.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Thursday July 28, 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Savage. (4625 West 125th Street, Savage, MN 55378).

Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service  at the church.

Committal services will be 1:00 PM Friday July 29th at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Dent, MN.

Sharon Johnson was born in Cedar, Minnesota the daughter of William  and Carol (Orr) Cox. She grew up in Cedar, MN and graduated from St. Francis High School.

She was united in marriage to Curtis Johnson and they were able to share in over 63 years of marriage. Together they owned SEJ Stables. They enjoyed many years in the horse racing business and were rated top owners at Canterbury Downs 2006, 2007, 2008.

Sharon was a devout and devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother of 19, Great Grandmother of 16, Sister, Aunt and Friend.

She is survived by her husband: Curtis Johnson; Children: Jeremiyah Anthony Johnson,  Kathleen (Scott) Soderholm,   LuAnne (Ron) Schneider,

Douglas (Lori) Johnson, Victoria (Bill) Donahue, Virginia Wagner, Michael (Lexi) Johnson, Grandchildren:  Shamariyah, & Chadidyah Jedediyah, Heather, Andrew & Malorie,  Shannon & Ryan, Robyn & Jessica, Erika, Cemantha & Kale, Candice, Dane & Seth,  Brittany, Stephan, Corey & Kallie

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, William & Carol Cox, brother, Billie John
