Brandon Kier

April 8, 2003 — April 3, 2021

Waubun

Brandon (Bundy) James Kier 17, of Waubun, MN. gained his angel wings Saturday evening April 3rd, 2021. Brandon was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Detroit Lakes, MN. April 8th, 2003, and is the Grandson of Katherine Bellanger (Thomas Bement).   Brandon was born the second child of James Kier and Nea Keezer. Brandon was a Junior at Waubun High School, Class of 2022.

Brandon loved so many and was loved by everyone he crossed paths with. He was recognized for his positive attitude, kind-heart, sense of humor and out-going personality. Brandon had an energy that would lighten up any room he entered (he was known for being life of the party). He never had a shortage of hugs and gave himself to everyone he cared about. Brandon loved being surrounded by his friends and family, he was never alone and always joking around and laughing. Along with hanging out with his friends, he loved gaming, music, traveling, and appreciated nature.

Brandon will be remembered for his loyalty to his friends and family, his gentleness, kind-soul, sense of humor, his ability to put others first and how he truly lived life to the fullest. Brandon has taught us that life is short and tomorrow is not promised. He showed us that we have to live for today, nothing lasts forever and at the end of the day all we really have is memories.

Brandon has left us heartbroken but in his short-life we learned how much impact he had on the people closest to him, so we ask that you keep his closest friends in your thoughts and prayers as they learn to live without him, and the times to come when they miss and need him the most.

In addition to his grandmother, Brandon is survived by his  Father James (Oscar) Kier, Mother Nea Keezer, his sisters Jessie Kier (Jason Clark), Natalija Keezer (Jamiyah Habeeb), Jennifer Kier, McKenna Kier and brothers Michael Kier, James “Jimmy” Kier (Alexis Meyer) his nephew Tripp Clark and  Auntie LeAnne Gordon-Kier, Uncle Kenneth Gordon and Cousins Julia and Emma Gordon as well as several family members and friends. Brandon has joined his Grandpa LeRoy Kier and Grandmother Kari Thompson.
