Dustin Taylor

Dustin James Taylor was born January 10, 1979 in Detroit Lakes to Wayne and Jean (Brown) Taylor. He is a 1997 graduate of Detroit Lakes High School and later attended college in California. He eventually returned to the area, living in Fargo for several years before he settled in the Detroit Lakes area. Dustin was a beloved son, cousin, grandson and nephew; an overly protective brother to his two sisters who he could always make laugh; a favorite uncle and loyal companion. Dustin had a heart of gold and loved with his whole heart. Dustin's smile was irresistible; it lit up a room and warmed the hearts of anyone in his presence. Dustin was a skilled sales representative while living in Fargo. He enjoyed and appreciated the faithful following of his many customers. Dustin is survived by his sister: Karlie (Preston) Johnson of Forest Lake, MN, nieces: Odessa Taylor and Addisen Johnson, nephews: Tyreik Taylor Roberts and Benjamin Johnson, his mother: Jean Taylor, his father: Wayne (Bea) Taylor, his grandmothers: Darlene Taylor and Sylvia Brown all of Detroit Lakes and his fiance', Katherine Byzewski of Grand Forks. He was preceded in death by his sister: Summer Taylor and his grandfathers: Harlan Taylor and Charles Brown.
