Gordon Rosby

Gordon Lynn Rosby died in the Hospice House in Fargo, ND on August 24.  His memorial will be held on September 8th  at  2:00 PM at The Congregational United Church of Christ in Detroit Lakes, MN with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.

Gordon was born January 2, 1951 in Starbuck, MN to Lloyd and Betty Rosby.  He grew up on a farm near Kensington, MN and later in the town itself. He graduated from high school in 1968 and completed his professional degree in architecture from NDSU in 1974 and became licensed in 1978 after completing his internships.   He also prided himself on being an environmental consultant.

He married Karen Rose (Nolte) Rosby on June 8, 1974.  He is also survived by his son, Waldomiro dos Santos, of Sanford, Florida, his daughter, Monica Rosby-Aho and son-in-law, Kevin Aho of Richfield, MN and his granddaughter, Ashley dos Santos of Tampa, Florida.
He was preceeded in death by both parents, Lloyd and Betty Rosby and his beloved sister, Diane Rosby.

In lieu of flowers, all memorials can be made to the Congregational United Church of Christ, PO Box 642, Detroit Lakes, MN  56502.
