Jeanette Dolores Mayberry was born December 3, 1934 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Joseph and Mabel (Westgard) Vogt. She grew up and received her early education in Richwood, MN. While in her teens, Jeanette moved with her family to Detroit Lakes where she completed her schooling. Jeanette was united in marriage with Conrad Lindberg in Detroit Lakes in 1954. They moved to Hibbing, MN where they started their family. They later returned to Detroit Lakes where they divorced.
Jeanette was united in marriage to Johnny Mayberry in 1961. They lived in Fargo, ND prior to returning to Detroit Lakes in 1964. Johnny died in 1972.
Jeanette was a member of the VFW, had worked for Becker County in the 1970’s and did daycare for many years. Her hobbies included sewing, embroidery, quilting, watching soap operas, working puzzles, gardening, playing bingo, and going to the casino. She also loved house plants and spending time with her family.
Jeanette is survived by her ten children, Connie Klopka of Detroit Lakes, Joe (Annette) Lundberg of Detroit Lakes, Terri (Robin) Branchaud of Lake Park, MN, Rusty (Aurora) Lundberg of Highmore, SD, Darcy (Lance) Szathmary of Wadena, MN, LouAnne (Curt) Mayberry of Blackduck, MN, Doyle (Jean) Mayberry of Lake Park, MN, Valerie (Tim) Dixon of Detroit Lakes, Elizabeth Westlie of Callaway, MN, Billy (Lavonne) Mayberry of Detroit Lakes; 25 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Richard (Penny) Vogt residing in Alaska, Russell (Vicki) Vogt, Norman (Dorothy) Vogt and George (Sylvia) Vogt all of Detroit Lakes; many nieces and nephews.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny; grandson, Nathan Mills; her parents; brother, Joseph Kenneth Vogt; sister, Carol Olds.
