Justin Richey

Justin Wayne Richey was born on April 21,1976 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Gerald Thompson and Micheala Richey. He passed away October 19, 2021 at his home in White Earth.

He grew up in Minneapolis, Duluth and White Earth and attended school in the three areas. Growing up Justin was a very respectful kid and enjoyed being with family.

Justin returned to the White Earth Reservation as a young adult and with that he met his one true love Autumn HighElk and together they had five beautiful children. In February of 2007, Autumn and Justin united in marriage in Las Vegas, NV. He made their family home in White Earth and Callaway, MN. Justin had worked for the Shooting Star Casino and the White Earth RTC as facilities maintenance for 15+ years. He loved to travel, attend powwows and especially going to car shows! He enjoyed watching Minnesota sports teams, especially the Minnesota Twins.

Justin is survived by his children Adrianna Richey, Danielle Richey, Justina Richey, Nathan Richey, Justin Richey Jr ;Parents Gerald Thompson and Micheala Richey; Siblings Corey May, Franklin Richey, Keanna Richey, Pete (Jack) Thompson, Lace Littlewolf-Thompson, Crystal Littlewolf ;Special Siblings Will May, Janell Thompson, Jack Littlewolf, Justine Fasthorse, Cheyenne Fasthorse, Sammie Fasthorse ;Special Uncle Richie Rich And numerous Aunts and Uncles and Nephews and Nieces

Welcoming him to the afterlife are Grandpa Ditsy, Grandma Marlene, Parents in Law Joyce & Rod HighElk, nephew Simon May and his best friend Keith Barry,  Aunty Cheryl Thompson, Uncle Elmer Thompson Jr, Aunty Carol Thomas, Aunty Sandra Thompson,  Aunty Laural and many others.
