Kirk Boll

Kirk Boll, 55, Detroit Lakes, died Thursday, March 30 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo. A Private Memorial Service will be held. Kirk was born May 4, 1961 to Bill and Elaine (Gullickson) Boll. He grew up in Wahpeton, ND and attended St. John's grade school graduating from Wahpeton High School in 1980. He lived most of his adult life in Detroit Lakes. Kirk worked various jobs throughout his career, most recently at SJE Rhombus in Detroit Lakes until he was disabled. Kirk loved hunting and fishing, and loved spending a day out on the lake fishing with his family. He had a wonderful sense of humor and very recognizable laugh. Kirk will be missed by all his family and friends. Kirk is survived by his son, Jeremy (Tina) Boll of Detroit Lakes, his parents: Bill (Elaine) Boll of Richville, MN, one sister: Melanie (Kevin) Puetz and family of Mooreton, ND, one brother: Mark (Heidi) Boll and family of Wahpeton, ND along with many cousins, aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his twin brother Kevin Boll in 1992 and his grandparents William and Edith Boll and Elmer and Alice Gullickson.
