Leonard A. "Johnson" Larson Sr, 70, Minneapolis, MN, formerly of Ponsford, MN, died peacefully on May 23 at his home after a long battle with cancer. Leonard is survived by sons: Paul (Lisa) of Minneapolis, Edward (Jewel) of Minneapolis, John (Alyson) of Champlain, MN, Leonard Jr. of Minneapolis, 19 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, brothers: Donovan "Swede" (Kay) Larson of Park Rapids, MN, Edward "Bobby Jack" Larson of Ponsford, Alvin (Janet) Gjustrum of Mahnomen, MN, Lawrence (Pepsi) Crowell of Ponsford and Clifford (Donna) Crowell of Ponsford., numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 P_M Saturday, May 26 at St. Theodore's Catholic Church in Ponsford, MN, Fr. Walter Butor, O.M.I. and Mike Swan, officiating. Interment will be in St. Theodore's Cemetery.
