Marilee Rae Crawford

Marilee passed on Friday, February 14th, 2025 at the age of 67 at Sanford Medical Center of Fargo. 

Marilee Rae Bryant was born in Council Bluffs, IA on December 22, 1957 and passed unexpectedly on February 14, 2025.

Marilee grew up on a farm in Treynor, IA. She graduated from Treynor High School in 1976. She married Jerry Hanson in 1982. She started working at US Bank in 1988 and took a job transfer to St. Paul, MN in 2001 where she worked until her retirement in 2017. She became a vice president of the Specialty Assets Department before retiring.

After Jerry’s death in 2008, Marilee met Jeff in 2012 and they married in 2016.

Marilee loved Minnesota and the changing seasons! She loved decorating the house for each season and each holiday. She loved living at the lake! She loved her flower gardens and motorcycle riding in the spring. She loved 4-wheeling and sprint car races in the summer. Fall was her favorite season and she loved crafting and decorating with mums and pumpkins outside. In the winter she loved snowmobiling, feeding the birds and the deer. She also loved the remodeling projects that her and Jeff would tackle, watching sporting events, and she LOVED her dogs!

Marilee was preceded in death by Jeff’s father, David and brother, Dave. She was also preceded by her father, Bill Bryant, her mother, Pauline Bryant, and her first husband, Jerry.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff, his daughter, Kayla, son in law, Matt, and girls, son, Kevin and wife Amanda, and boys, mother-in-law, Marlys, brothers, Bill and Scott and wife Lori and family. Also survived by Jerry’s son, Tracy and family.

She is also survived by her sister Kolene and husband Mark, niece, Kelsey and husband Stephen and family, nephew, Jacob and wife Abbey and boys, 2 step-nieces, Naomi and husband Alex and family, Lydia and husband Troy and family, 2 step-nephews, Steven and wife KC and girls, and Nathanael and wife Mary and family.

She will be sorely missed by all who knew her and loved her!

A memorial service to celebrate Marilee's life will be conducted in the David Donehower Reception Room on Monday, February 24th, 2025 beginning at 1pm. This gathering of family and friends will be lively and social, so bring your best stories and fondest memories, and be ready to celebrate a life well-lived!
