Patricia Neuner

Patricia Ann (Vadnais) Neuner, 72, passed away on May 17, 2020 at Essentia Health St. Mary’s, Detroit Lakes, MN.

Patricia Ann Vadnais was born on June 7, 1947 to Clarence and Betty Vadnais in St. Paul, MN. She grew up with four brothers Jerry, Ronald, Dick, and Robert and a sister Lois. On June 20, 1964 Patricia was united in marriage to John Neuner at the Eagle Lake Resort and to this union they were blessed with two sons, Tony and Lonnie. They were able to enjoy spending the past 55 years together. Patricia also worked for fifteen years at the Detroit Lakes Middle School preparing meals for the students.

Patricia was very active in quilting groups and won several County Fair awards for her quilts. She enjoyed going on Quilting Bus Tours and Quilting Retreats with her friends. She was also a part of the Birthday Club and was very active within the group. Patricia enjoyed riding her four-wheeler, cooking for her family, attending her grandchildren’s events, and helping others.

Deeply loved, her passing will be mourned by her husband John, her sons Tony (Michelle) Neuner and Lonnie (Tammi) Neuner, her grandchildren Kaden, Madison, and Jake, her brothers Jerry (Darlene) Vadnais, Dick Vadnais, and Robert “Bud” Vadnais.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Ronald Vadnais, her sister Lois Willey, and sister-in-law Beverly Vadnais.
