Patrick Parker

Patrick Allen Parker was born August 22, 1953 in Detroit Lakes, MN to John E. and Mary Florence (Velander) Parker. He is a 1972 graduate of Detroit Lakes High School. After graduation, he attended Moorhead State University for a year. Patrick was employed with the food services at Concordia College in Moorhead for two years. He lived in Fergus Falls, MN and Moorhead, MN prior to returning to Detroit Lakes. He lived at Lakes Homes and was employed with the Sheltered Workshop


Patrick enjoyed time with his family, reading, watching movies, playing games and going for walks around town.



Survivors include brothers and sisters: Michael (Jane) Parker of Detroit Lakes, Mary Frigstad of Detroit Lakes, Nancy Parker (Dwight Dobberstein) of Iowa City, IA and Tony (Marsha) Parker of Detroit Lakes, MN.  He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters: Jane and Susan.
