Peggy was born in Red Lake, MN on June 10, 1943 to Julius Sr. and Evanelle (Jackson) Webster. She lived for a short time in Red Lake and White Earth before moving with her family to Minneapolis, MN where she spent the majority of her childhood. She finished schooling in White Earth and later attended the Detroit Lakes Community College where she earned her Secretarial Certificate in 1980. She accepted a position at the RTC as a receptionist, working there for a few years and later the White Earth Clinic in the medical coding department.  Peggy loved watching T.V. where she was able to keep up on her politics, weather it was watching The Countdown with Keith Olbermann or listening to Ed Schultz on the radio, Peggy was up to date on current events. She loved spending time with her boys, Sam and Robert, and especially being able to spoil her granddaughter Nokomis. She enjoyed making trips back to Minneapolis, MN, taking in the art at the Arts Institute, eating Chinese food and going on paddle boat rides along the Mississippi River.

Peggy will be remembered and missed by her two sons: Robert (Stephanie) Webster of Red Lake, MN, and Sam Webster of Waubun, MN. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Nokomis Webster; one brother Julius Webster Jr. of White Earth, MN; and one sister, Myrna Smith of White Earth, MN.   She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two nieces and one nephew.
