Robert Braun

Robert Lee Braun was born September 4, 1956 in Detroit Lakes to Felix and Arlene (Porter) Braun. At age eight, Robert entered the Roseau’s Children’s Home. During his life he has also resided at the Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center and, since June 17, 1980, had lived at Lakes Homes in Detroit Lakes. Robert attended the Becker County DAC until his retirement in April, 2008 due to failing health.

Robert’s special interests included Harley Davidson motorcycles, playing games on his computer, remote control cars, books, table games, gardening, fishing and trains.

Robert is survived by his mother, Arlene Braun of Detroit Lakes; two sisters, Karen (Thomas) Riggle of Ponsford, MN and Nancy Braun. He was preceded in death by his father, Felix; brother, Edward and sister, Dianna Lynn.
