Tyler McCloskey

Tyler David McCloskey was born on March 3, 1995, in Detroit Lakes, MN to David and Lisa (Schave) McCloskey. Tyler went to school in Detroit Lakes, MN, and graduated from Detroit Lakes High School with the class of 2013. Tyler spent most of his adult life as a pizza delivery carrier.

Tyler loved summers in Detroit Lakes fishing. He would work on his car, cook, watch football, wrestling, and MMA fights when time would allow. He also enjoyed working out and playing with his cat Callie. Tyler was always a bright light everywhere he went. He had an unforgettable smile and was always genuine with everyone he met. He had a pleasant personality and was very polite, but most of all, he had a deep love for his family.  Tyler had a way of touching everyone's life, that he met.  We love you and will miss you every moment of every day.

Tyler will be greatly missed by his mother Lisa of Detroit Lakes; father David Jr (Alisha) of West Fargo, ND; sister’s Cassandra McCloskey of Detroit Lakes,MN and  Alexis(Logan) McCloskey of Jackson, MI; grandparents Noel and Ramona Schave of Richville, MN, Edeltrud”Edie”McCloskey of Moorhead, MN;  niece Willow; best friend Derek Kluenenberg of CA; numerous aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

Preceding Tyler in death are his uncle Scott Schave; Grandfather David McCloskey Sr.; and Uncle Robert McCloskey.
