She looked forward to their calls and visits and cherished anytime she could spend with them. She was devout in her Catholic faith and volunteered for years at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. In her later years she volunteered many hours at Essentia Health’s Oak Crossing. She and Lester spent many Saturday nights with friends dancing the night away! She also enjoyed feeding and watching her birds, bowling, and especially baking. Her fresh baked breads filled her counters and her donuts were cherished gifts to her family. She also loved to make jams and jellies. Her children, grandchildren and friends were the recipients of many jars of her wonderful jams.
